FIELD TO FORK FARM TOUR

The PA Beef Council partnered with Indian Ridge Provisions to host a farm tour in Lancaster County, PA. On Monday, September 26, 2011, a group of more than 40 foodservice professionals visited a cow/calf operation, feedlot and processing facility, and saw first-hand how beef makes if from the “field to the fork.” Watch video coverage of the tour  – Field to Fork Farm Tour.
